3. It is argued that against the order dated 20.03.2023 passed by the respondent- authority, Revision as provided under Section 41(3) has been filed before the respondent no. 1 on 04.05.2023. In the said revision, a prayer was also made to grant an interim protection. 4. It is argued that interim protection is urgently required. Hence a prayer has been made to direct the Respondent No.1 to pass appropriate order on the application for the grant of interim relief, expeditiously and simultaneously decide entire revision also within the time bound period also. 5. It is argued by Shri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 that a revision itself was also filed after more than two years.
Hence, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as prayed for. 6. On the other hand, assistant has been sought by Shri Kartikeya Saran, learned Additional Advocate General who is present in the Court on behalf of respondent no.1, who is the competent authority in the matter, it is very fairly argued by him that respondent no.1 will pass appropriate orders on the application for the grant of interim relief within a period of three weeks from today. 7. Heard counsel for the parties. 8. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.1 to pass appropriate order on the application for the grant of interim relief filed in the said revision within a period of three weeks from today. 9. Needless to say that respondent no.1 will decide the entire revision also, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months. 10.
