PARIMI RAMA RAYUDU THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the acquittal order dated 13.03.2007, passed in C.C.No.54 of 2005 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. 2. Smt.Uma Sinha @ Meena, the revisionist/defacto complainant/PW1, W/o Deep Narayana Sinha @ Rakesh Sinha, is present. 3. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 04.02.2025, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, has submitted a letter on 24.02.2025 to the Registry submitting that the petitioner herein gave an undertaking affidavit that she was unable to attend the Court on the day ordered and she would withdraw the Criminal Revision Case and she wants to contest the matter separately by way of filing divorce petition in appropriate Court. 4. The revisionist, being present in this Court reiterated the above said undertaking and also endorsed on the petition that the Criminal Revision case may be dismissed. 5. In view of the above request of the revisionist, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to mention that the revisionist may workout legal remedies as per the procedures and law established. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
