Premeshori Devi), petitioner no. 6 (Ayam Anila Devi) & petitioner no. 13 (Yumnam Sarda Devi) have filed misc. applications being MC(W.P. (C)) No. 291 of 2025, MC(W.P. (C)) No. 289 of 2025 and MC(W.P. (C)) No. 290 of 2025 for withdrawing the present W.P. (C) No. 675 of 2019 concerning them with liberty to file afresh and their names may be deleted from the memo of parties. [3] Similarly, in W.P.
