This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the above appeal. 2. Mr.R.Krishnaswamy, learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection for allowing this petition. 3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs. 4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 01.09.2025. 5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" 02.09.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
