This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I- Issue a Writ order or directions in the nature of Mandamus directing the learned court to decide the Appeal no-1225 of 2024 Computer no-C202415000001225 under section-24(4) of U. P. Revenue Code-2006 Sukhari vs Ashok pending in the court of Additional Commissioner Administration, Azamgarh, Division Azamgarh within a specific period." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal in proceedings under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Additional Commissioner Administration, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to decide the Appeal no- 1225 of 2024, Computer no-C202415000001225 under Section 24(4) of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
