Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Page No.# 3/4 will directly approach the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee with all relevant materials, to substantiate her claim that the petitioner belongs to the OBC Community, in terms of the judgment and order dated 05.12.2023 passed in WP(C) 3975/2023. 2. Mr. T. Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. R.S. Choudhury, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 & 4. Mr. G. Pegu, learned counsel appears for the respondent no.5. 3. Ms. J. Gogoi, learned counsel appears for the respondent no.7, i.e. State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee. She submits that she has not received a copy of the writ petition. Mr. D. Gogoi shall furnish two copies of the writ petition to Ms. J. Gogoi during the course of the day. 4. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this writ petition. However, in the event the petitioner submits a representation before the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, on or before 04.04.2025, the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee should take a decision on the petitioner’s representation expeditiously and not later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the representation. 5. The petitioner shall also submit proof of having approached the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee to the Principal, PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Diphu, Karbi Anglong on or before 04.04.2025. In the event proof of having approached the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee is Page No.# 4/4 shown to the respondent no.4 on or before 04.04.2025, the respondent no.4 should not act upon the impugned letter dated 28.02.2025 for a period of 1 (one) month. 6.
