Respondent has joined the proceedings through V.C. and acknowledges the factum of settlement as well as receipt of Rs.2 lacs as full and final settlement. He further states that cheque of Rs.2 lacs already stands encashed. He also states that he has no objection in case the sums deposited before the Controlling Authority as pre-deposit is released to the petitioner. 3.
