HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 34015 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the prayer made in the writ petition is pre-mature as no action has been taken against the petitioner at this stage. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, dismissal of the writ petition will not preclude the petitioner from availing any other legal remedy as available to him under law. The Office shall return the certified copies of the impugned orders to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the true copies of the same.
