For Petitioner(s): Mr.S.Siva Kumar For Respondent(s): Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.side) ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioners by this Court in para No.5 [b] in Crl.OP.No.23085 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 17872 of 2025 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted bail in Crl.OP.No.23085 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025 with a condition that “the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m, until further orders”. He further submits that the petitioners have been unable to appear before the respondent police due to the serious threats, which engender apprehension regarding the petitioners' safety.
