Case No. 25 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 194 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) / 26 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla. 3. On 11.09.2022, Bishunpur Police apprehended the co-accused Karampal Oraon from a place near Champa Toli. On search, a loaded country made pistol along with two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the apprehended co- accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Bishunpur P.S.
