The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity the petitioners and other accused persons abused and attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners have been suffering incarceration from 08.08.2025. He also submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Taking note to the gravity of offence, the investigation is at initial stage, and on considering the bad antecedents, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
