Petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher in a Government Primary School. She was promoted as Assistant Teacher, Government Junior High School, vide order dated 24.05.2025. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Competent Authority to change the place of posting, as she is not happy with the place where she has been transferred. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s son is suffering from intellectual disability, therefore, petitioner is exempted from compulsory transfer, under the Transfer Act, 2017. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any grievance, he may make representation to the Competent Authority for redressal of her grievance. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his representation is pending before respondent no. 4, who may be directed to take decision on the same. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is 2025:UHC:8549 disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 4 to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 09.06.2025, as per law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
