Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 05 of 2024 arising out Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2023 for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur. 3. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 6874 of 2024 by order dated 27.08.2024. 4. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the victim and it is alleged that he had raped her. 5. It appears that the victim has been examined as P.W.2 during trial. It appears that she has specifically stated that the petitioner had raped her. 6. It was submitted that the victim has made concocted story before the Trial Court. 7. It is not the proper stage to analyse the statement of the victim, as it will affect the final disposal of the case. 8. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
