In view of the fact that the applicants had a registered deed of sale, it would be appropriate to implead them as party respondents in the writ petition, as their interest would be affected by any decision in the writ petition and further their presence is necessary for proper adjudication of the case. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the petitioners in these applications are impleaded as respondents 6 and 7 in the main writ petitions. Registry to carry out necessary amendments.
