2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the victim is said to have been kidnapped by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2025. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Session Judge-6th cum Special Judge, POCSO, Bettiah, West Champaran/ concerned Court below in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025.
