The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.211 of 2024 arising out of Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.346 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.D.J., Chandil. On 18.06.2024 at about 09:00 A.M, the accused persons including the petitioner are alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. The occurrence has taken place due to land dispute. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J., Chandil, in connection with S.T.
