The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Raipur (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 01.01.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 17 witnesses have already been recorded and statement of 01 witness is yet to be recorded. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
