It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that highlighting her grievance, the petitioner has submitted representations before the opposite party No.5-Project Director, L.S.I.P.l, Balangir on 24.07.2024 vide Annexure-3 series with regard to sanction/release the compensation to the affected family as per L.A. Act, 2013, but she has not received any communication from the said authority, and, therefore necessary direction may be passed for disposal of the representation in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such submission. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the application under Annexure-3 series dated 24.07.2024, we dispose of the writ application with a direction to the opposite party No.5 to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner within two weeks from taking the decision.
