Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent. 2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the proceedings of Complaint Case No.56 of 2024, under Sections 323, 452 IPC, P.S. Chandpa, district Hathras. 3. The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 23-04-2025. However, as per the report dated 27-05-2025 submitted by the Registrar (Mediation)/In- Charge, Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (AHCMCC), the mediation proceedings could not succeed due to non-payment of the requisite mediation charges by the applicant. 4. From the above, it is evident that the applicant was not genuinely interested in pursuing the mediation proceedings. It appears that the sole purpose behind getting the matter referred to mediation was to obtain an interim order from this Court. Even otherwise, on merits, no case for interference under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is made out. 5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed.
