The grievance projected by the petitioner in this writ petition is that despite recording of his presence by the learned Tribunal in order dated 02.12.2025, bailable warrant has been issued against him. 2. After examining the record, we find that in the order dated 02.12.2025, presence of the petitioner has been recorded and, once the presence of the petitioner has been recorded in order dated 02.12.2025, the bailable warrants could not have been issued against him. 3. Accordingly, order dated 02.12.2025 to the extent of issuance of bailable warrants against the petitioner, is quashed. 4. The petition is allowed in the aforesaid manner.
