According to him, writ petition is not maintainable and he cannot challenge the order passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code when restoration application is pending. 2. Writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 3. However, respondent no. 4 is hereby directed to proceed with restoration application filed in Case No. 6844 of 2023, Computer Case No. T202305200206844, under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and take a final call on the same, within a period of one month, from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
