No. AP(1) 2024/7884/7904 dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-8) vide which the respondent No.3, who belongs to orthopedically handicapped category (OH) has illegally been promoted to the post of Deputy District Attorney against the roster Point 26 of Cycle 6 Earmarked for hearing impaired ignoring the seniority and entitlement of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the representation dated 16.08.2025 (Annexure P-10).
