The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 971 of 2022, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 2, Agra as well as Maintenance Case No. 2045 of 2024, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C (which was filed to restore the Criminal Case No. 971 of 2022), pending in the Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 2, Agra. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
