The present appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of C.P.C. by the unsuccessful plaintiffs aggrieved by the order, dated 02.08.2007, passed in I.A.No.464 of 2007 in O.S.No.62 of 2007 on the file of VIII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Guntur, whereby the petition filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of C.P.C. seeking for grant of temporary injunction was dismissed. 2 2. The proceedings sheet indicates that the appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution on the earlier occasion by order dated 26.11.2007. Subsequently, the same was restored to file by order dated 07.02.2008. Even today, when the appeal is listed, there is no representation for the appellants. It indicates that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal. 3. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
