2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 349 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 19.08.2025 by the informant Bhikhari Yadav.
3. At the outset, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP submits that a perusal of the Annexure-1 would show that earlier the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 35951 of 2022 by a coordinate Bench in the year 2022 itself and he chose not to surrender and three years later the present case.

4. Upon confronting, learned counsel for the petitioner to answer to this point, a prayer has been made that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the petition and surrender before appropriate court within a period of four weeks.
5. In that background, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Needless to add, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks, files bail application, the court concerned shall consider the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
