The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "i. Direct the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-1 Prayagraj (Respondent no. 3) to decide the adjudication case no. 35 of 2020 (Uttar Pradesh Rajya khanij Vikas Nigam Lucknow Vs. Sri Tarkeshwar Pandey and others) arising out of adjudication case no. 13 of 2010 (Sri Tarkeshwar Pandey and others Vs. Uttar Pradesh Rajya khanij Vikas Nigam Ltd. Lucknow) filed before Industrial Tribunal - II Lucknow within appropriate time as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that case of the petitioners is pending consideration before respondent no.3. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that case of the petitioners would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that case of the petitioners pending before respondent No.3 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
