HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14636 of 2025 Court No. - 32 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1.Heard Sri Lavkush Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel. 2. In the present case, petitioner has retired on 28.2.2001i.e. about two and a half decades ago and for the first time he has approached the concerned respondent in the year 2025 to release the amount of gratuity. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submitted that representation so filed by the petitioner are not happily worded and contents thereof may be ignored. 4. Considering the above fair submission, though the petitioner has approached concerned respondent at a very belated stage and considering the age of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner files a fresh application using proper words in such event, concerned respondent will look into the matter and will consider the claim of the petitioner.
