Justice Rajani Dubey Order on Board 04/03/2025 1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time to comply the order dated 23.01.2024 passed in WPS No.1592/2017. 2. This Court vide order dated 23.01.2024 passed in WPS No.1592/2017 and other connected matters observed in para 14 as under:- “14. Thus, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the legal propositions of the Hon’ble Apex Court and this Court and other High Courts, the impugned order dated 04.11.2016 (Annexure-P/1), so far as condition Nos.1 and 2 thereof are concerned, is hereby set aside, however the other part of the order is affirmed. The petitioners are also entitled for pensionary benefits and their past services be counted for grant of pensionary benefits. 3 The respondent authorities are directed to calculate the pensionary benefits of the petitioners from the date of their initial appointment and the arrears be given to them for the said period. This exercise be completed within 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.” 3. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the prayer of the applicants/State is allowed and the applicants/State are directed to comply the order dated 23.01.2024 passed in WPS No.1592/2017 within next 2 months from today. 4.
