Even, appeal preferred by the appellant/petitioner 09.03.2023 (Annexure P-3), was also dismissed by the learned District cum-Appellant Maintenance Tribunal, Pathankot , vide order dated 31.08.2023 (Annexur writ petition has been filed before this Court, Constitution of India. As such, the present suit may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Heard. In view of the statement suffered by plaintiff along with his counsel, the present suit stands withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by terms and conditions of compromise dated 20.03.2025 Annexure executed between them. File be consigned to the Judicial Record Room, Pathankot.” In view of the above compromise, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the instant petition, and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same.
