HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14835 of 2025 Court No. - 32 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1.Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri V.K.Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Samarath Singh, learned counsel for the respondents and Sri D.K.Verma, learned Standing Counsel. 2. At this stage, Court is not entering into the merits of the case as to whether the order of suspension was rightly approved or not, since it has been informed to the Court that inquiry report has been submitted and disciplinary proceedings against respondent no.3 is now at the stage of issuing second show cause notice. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents on basis of instructions submitted that second show notice will be issued to the respondent no.3 within two days. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submitted that within three days thereafter reply to the said show cause notice will be submitted. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, after a period of seven days, the Committee of Management shall take a decision, thereafter within a period of two weeks. Subsequently, the Deputy Inspector of Schools will take a decision on the proposal if sent by the Committee of Management under the provisions of Section 16-G (3) of U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 within two weeks. 5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
