The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 21 of 2024 arising out of Sono P.S Case No. 293 of 2023 from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamui registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 24.08.2023. 4. Earlier, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 8640 of 2024 vide order dated 09.04.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3649 of 2025(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 5. Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected once again.
