HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD HABEAS CORPUS WRIT PETITION No. - 886 of 2025 Court No. - 88 HON'BLE VINOD DIWAKAR, J. 1. Instructions furnished by the learned A.G.A. are taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State, and perused the record. 3. The present petition has been filed by petitioner no. 2 (the mother) on behalf of petitioner no. 1 (the corpus–daughter), seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to produce the corpus before this Court, alleging that she has been illegally detained. 4. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on instructions, submits that an FIR bearing No.0091 of 2024 under sections 363, 366 IPC has already been lodged, and during the course of investigation, the statement of the alleged victim has been recorded. Based on the materials collected, a charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent court. 5. In light of the above, it clearly emerges that the present petition has been filed on an incorrect factual premise and does not warrant the exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction by this Court. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as being misconceived. October 9, 2025 Anil K.
