The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents to promote the petitioner from 09.03.2019 to the post of Superintendent along with all the consequential benefits therefrom. A further prayer has been made to decide the representation dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure P-11) in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure P-11) to the respondent No.2 and he shall be satisfied in case, appropriate directions are issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure P-11) in a time bound manner. 3.
