The present appeal has been filed through legal aid, against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 10.10.2024 passed by the learned First Sessions Judge, Balod, District Balod in S.T. No. 06/2022 by which the appellant has been convicted and sentenced by the trial court and it has been brought to the notice that the appellant has already filed an appeal as CRA No. 116 of 2025 which was allowed in part on 05.02.2025 by this Court. 2. Learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that since the said CRA No. 116 of 2025 which was already allowed in part, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. 2 3. In view of the above submission, the present appeal through legal aid and which is second in nature, is not maintainable. He is permitted to withdraw this appeal. 4. Ordered accordingly, the appeal being redundant is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
