The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 573 of 2023, (State Vs. Murli Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 86 of 2023, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 308, 427, 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Chilh, District- Mirzapur, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 31.10.2023 pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 2, Mirzapur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
