This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i-Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent No.3/Naib Tehsildar City Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur to decide the Restoration/ Recall application dated 24-1-2025 registered as Case No.RST/7699/2025 with computer Case No.T202514360407699 (Chandrasen vs. Chhiwuna and others) seeking recall of order dated 17-1-2025 passed under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 in Case No.21478 of 2024 with computer Case No.T202414360421478 (Rahul and others vs. Chhiwuna wife of Chirkut) expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that restoration application is pending in proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is registered as Case No.RST/7699/2025 (Computer Case No.T202514360407699). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Naib Tehsildar City Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur to decide the restoration application registered as Case No.RST/7699/2025 (Computer Case No.T202514360407699) which is pending in proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
