When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the temple festival, the 10 th respondent has taken away two urchavar statutes, however, the same have not been returned, thereby pleaded for appropriate orders, in reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents 1 to 9 would contend that all the urchavar statutes are very much available in the temple, thereby pleaded to close the petition. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the official respondents that all the urchavar statutes are available in the temple, this writ petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
