Ahmed, the learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 28.03.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, all the 4(four) petitioners, namely, 1) Shekh Arshad Ayub Choudhury @ Arshad Ayub @ Saddam, 2) Umme Kulsum, 3) Iptikar Alom Choudhury @ Rosil, and 4) Semim Sultana, have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 2. On the other hand, Ms. N. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, has submitted that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 72/2025 dated 22.03.2025. 3. Also heard Mr. J. Islam, the learned counsel for the informant, who opposes the making of interim bail as absolute on the ground that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the petitioners and the Page No.# 3/3 injured person has sustained grievous injuries. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. As the charge sheet has been laid, it itself indicates that there are incriminating materials against the petitioners in this case. However, as they have co-operated in the investigation and have complied with the directions of this Court, the interim bail granted to all the petitioners, by order dated 28.03.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that they shall co-operate in the trial and shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to the informant or to any other person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts before the Investigating Officer or to any Court. 5.
