Ali Nagar, District Chandauli. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition. 4. The present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
