Zafar Iqbal Khan and Others Versus State of Haryana and Others’. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid factual and legal position. Hence, without going any further into the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 03.05.2025 passed in CWP-6760-2020 titled as ‘Mohd.
