This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Abdul Hai has prayed for grant of pre-arrest bail in respect of Moirabari P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 15/2025. 3. Son of the petitioner had promised a girl that he will marry her and on that promise he had sexual intercourse with her. He even took some nude photographs of the girl, but later on, the son of the petitioner refused to marry her. Apart from the aforesaid facts, there are no material against the son of the petitioner. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the present petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. 6. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 7. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest in connection with Moirabari P.S. Case No. 15/2025, the petitioner, Abdul Hai shall be released on bail of ₹20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 8. With the aforesaid direction, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. The CD shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
