Pursuant to an order passed by this Court, Dr. Lalit Behera appeared virtually and apprises this Court that the person to whom he has issued certificate (Kamala Lathi) is suspected of Cholecystitis, but it is not a confirmed case of Cholecystitis, however, the petitioner has sought for interim bail on the ground of illness of Kamala Lathi, who is stated to be his mother. Further, Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Addl. PP produces a written instruction received from Superintendent District Jail, Khordha that the petitioner had tried to contact telephonically to the prosecution witnesses on 03.03.2025 and on 01.05.2025. 2. At this stage, Ms. Diptirekha Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application and the IA. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application and the IA for interim bail stands disposed of as withdrawn. (G.
