Learned counsel for the State submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner-Ankit Arora on 28.09.2022. 6. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he would advise petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before this Court. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. 8. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings in this Court, if so advised. 9. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
