The order dated 30.06.2025 by which fair price shop license was suspended by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar-Padrauna District Kusninagar is under challenge. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that a detailed reply in response to the aforesaid order has already been submitted by the petitioner on 27.08.2025 before the respondent No.3, hence a prayer has been made to direct the respondent No.3 to pass appropriate order on the same expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and without interfering with the order dated 27.08.2025 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar-Padrauna District Kusninagar, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to decide aforesaid reply expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
