JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 07-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. It is alleged that on 17.11.2024, all the accused- petitioners entered the house of informant, abused and assaulted both sons of informant and also tried to outrage modesty of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68818 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 informant’s daughter-in-law. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are residents of same slum area under the Sachiwalay police station. Allegation of abuse and assault is general and omnibus. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate – II, Patna in connection with Sachiwalay P.S.
