Learned Additional Advocate General has produced instructions imparted by Superintendent of Police Kullu, which are taken on record. The reasons which have led to freezing of the bank account of the petitioner stand mentioned therein and it is further stated in the instructions that the petitioner can approach the respective Cyber Cell or the competent authority with a request to de-freeze his bank account and all the information provided by the Cyber Cell already stands shared with the petitioner by SHO, Police Station Manikaran, District Kullu, H.P. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In this view of the matter, as nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, the same is ordered to be closed but with the observation that, in case, the petitioner so desires, he may approach the Cyber Cell or the competent authority for de-freezing of his bank account.
