Heard Sri Sujeet Kumar Rai, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Ashok Kumar Lal, learned counsel for respondent No.5 and Sri Manas Bhargava, learned counsel for respondent No.3 at length. 2. At this stage the Court takes note of the fair statement made by learned counsel for respondents that in all probability, grievance of petitioner i.e. to transfer the provident fund amount to the Employees Provident Fund Organization will be settled as soon as amount already deposited in Fixed Deposit is matured, which is likely to be occurred in November/ December 2025 and corresponding steps will be taken immediately thereafter. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has acknowledge the aforesaid facts and impediments. 4. The Court takes note submissions of learned counsel for respondent No.3 that he will do needful as soon as the respondent No.5 will discharge his obligation. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of on basis of assurance given by learned counsel for respondent on basis of instructions, that in all probability grievance of petitioner will be considered at the end of this year. 6. In case of any legal impediment, the same shall be informed to petitioner by concerned respondent.
