JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 07-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Karwandiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143(1), 144(1), 144(2), 64(1), 111, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Sections 4 and 8 of POCSO Act, Section 18 of Child Labour (Prevention) Act, 2016 and Sections 75 and 79 of Juvenile Justice ACt, 2015. 3. The petitioners have been found to be involved in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68030 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 prostitution. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 06.08.2025 and they are women. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas)/ concerned Court below in connection with Karwandiya P.S.
