It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous for the reason that after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted against petitioner and on the said charge sheet the trial have also been concluded, whereby the petitioner was released on his executing a bond of good conduct of two years. 4. In view of statement made by counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
