Heard counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State as well as Sri Pavanesh Kumar Yadav, counsel for respondent no. 3 and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. as well as counsel for respondent no. 3 has pointed out that investigation has already been concluded and final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioners. 4. Per contra, counsel for petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid fact and has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage. 5. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6.
